    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a seasoned Senior US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Nepal. You will lead the healthcare talent acquisition lifecycle for our US-based staffing services, focusing on high-demand healthcare roles (Nurses, Allied Health, and Tech-Clinicians). You must have a deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, US healthcare compliance and the ability to work independently during US business hours.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and hiring best practices in US healthcare recruitment.
    • Operates during US Business Hours (Night shift in Nepal) to ensure real-time communication with candidates and the US-based client.
    • Conduct rigorous phone/video screenings to evaluate clinical competency, communication skills, and cultural fit for US facilities.
    • Collaborate closely with healthcare clients, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand staffing requirements.
    • Verify candidate credentials, including state-specific nursing licenses, BLS/ACLS certifications, and understanding of US work authorizations (W2, 1099, C2C).
    • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
    • Negotiate offers and ensure successful closure of positions within timelines.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 2 to 4 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment (or US staffing industry)
    • Familiarity with US healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements
    • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies
    • Strong knowledge of US time zones, geography, and federal/state employment laws (EEO, HIPAA)
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while consistently meeting performance objectives.
    • Strong organizational capabilities with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
    • Quick learner with proven adaptability to new processes, systems, and evolving business requirements.
