    We are hiring qualified and compassionate Virtual patient Care Nurses to support our international telehealth operations. In this role, you will work onsite from our Nepal office while providing virtual nursing support to elderly and chronically ill patients residing in the United States and other countries. Your key responsibility is to remotely monitor patients’ health data, provide medication and wellness reminders, and escalate critical updates to the on-site or in-country medical teams. Candidates must be adept at managing multiple digital platforms simultaneously, navigating EMR systems, telehealth dashboards, and patient monitoring devices efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor patients’ vital signs and health metrics (BP, pulse, sugar, oxygen, etc.) via remote monitoring systems.
    • Provide daily reminders to patients for medication, exercise, hydration, and medical appointments.
    • Operate multiple software applications and dashboards concurrently for monitoring patient vitals and scheduling reminders.
    • Efficiently switch between tabs, windows, and applications to access patient records, telehealth platforms, and communication tools.”
    • Document and update patient information accurately in the EMR/telehealth system.
    • Communicate compassionately with elderly patients through phone or video calls to ensure compliance and comfort.
    • Identify abnormal readings or potential health risks and escalate immediately to the supervising nurse or medical team abroad.
    • Collaborate with the international telehealth team to maintain continuity of patient care.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA/GDPR and company data protection standards.

    Requirements & Qualification:

    • Valid Nursing License (Registered Nurse or equivalent recognized in Nepal).
    • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in hospital, home care, or elderly patient management.
    • Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
    • Proficient in navigating multiple digital platforms, telehealth software, and patient monitoring tools simultaneously.
    • Comfortable handling multiple tabs, windows, and digital workflows without compromising accuracy.
    • Comfortable using computers, telehealth software, and digital monitoring tools.
    • Willingness to work onsite in Kumaripati, Lalitpur, and adjust to international time zones mainly US time-zone.
    • Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented approach to care.
    • Prior experience in tele-nursing, remote monitoring, or call-based patient care.
    • Familiarity with international healthcare compliance frameworks is highly preferred.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent certification.
