- Efficiently identify and resolve technical issues by analyzing the root cause of the problem.
- Proactively manage all technical inquiries related to Internet and IPTV, ensuring no call is left unresolved, and promptly follow up on any abandoned calls.
- Accurately log customer and employee queries, categorizing them appropriately and providing clear descriptions of the issue.
- Immediately escalate complex issues to shift supervisors to expedite the troubleshooting process.
- Identify and prioritize urgent issues based on client guidelines for swift resolution.
- Continuously develop diagnostic skills to effectively troubleshoot internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, and related technical services.
