- Target identification and sales planning
- Actively manage your own pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Work with the management team to prioritise prospects.
- Sales Administration
- Maintain updated sales records and prospect status on the CRM platform.
- Work closely with the management team to forecast and allocate resources for new prospects, requests, and requirements.
- Customer Support
- Answer all questions related to Zegal and escalate when necessary
- Educate and empower our customers to become better Zegal users
- Proactively look for solutions to problems and propose improvements if something could work better
- Drive product change and improvement to make Zegal the leading support platform
- Update and maintain CRM with engagement activities
- Ability to empathise with customers in a genuine way that lets them know you care about their issues.
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document for further escalation.
- Account management experience and experience in building and nurturing longer-term relationships with clients.
- 6 months of experience in selling to small and medium enterprises and/ or Customer Service.
- Intermediate Completed
