Pareshor Kharel has 15 years of experience setting up, managing and scaling customer experience contact centers. Serving as the Managing Director for Kantipur Management from 2014 to 2023, he has been involved in strategic planning, talent acquisition, operational process optimization and client relationships.
Prior to founding Kantipur Management, he served as the Managing Director of Rolling Plains, a call and contact center company. In this role, he gained extensive experience in setting up and managing customer experience centers. He has also consulted with telecom, internet service providers, and government agencies to help them set up customer experience centers of varying sizes, from 5 seats to 200 seats.
